Your club affiliation may still be pending for a number of reasons:
- The affiliation fee is still outstanding
- There may be a late fee outstanding if you missed the completion deadline (30th June)
- We are waiting to see a copy of your Personal Accident Insurance policy (mandatory for adult teams)
- Coaches/volunteers may have invalid or out-of-date FA Criminal Records Checks or other FA qualifications
